Key Messages of Encouragement

Seek to See Through the Eyes of Others

Your gift as a peacemaker is found through willingness to see through the eyes of others and to help them open to new perspectives. Influence and understanding are therefore your greatest gifts on this journey.

Use Stories as Metaphor to Change

One of the greatest tools you have for helping others consider and navigate competing perspectives is to reframe the dialogue via story. The stories, examples and metaphors you share a powerful healing instrument that can be used help other see a different point of view.

Create Spaces that Encourage Harmony

As a peacemaker you will be called to create spaces where others can come to learn, speak, share and express their views. In creating environments that foster and promote peace you will be helping all beings ascend to higher levels of awareness.

Be Involved but
Not Attached

In navigating conflict and helping others find peace and harmony you must learn to be involved but not attached. Attachment can lead to control and resistance which limits movement, while also draining you of personal energy. Be free from attachment and allow flow.

Lead With
Your Heart

In mediating and actively pursuing peace you must learn to lead fully with your heart. While people’s opinions and judgements may be expressed, in each moment you will need to be true to your own heart and spirit, helping others see and understand the ‘higher’ perspectives.

See Resistance as a Sign to Grow

Most forms of resistance are born out of fear, control or insecurity. Place your ego on hold and ask to be shown the bigger picture that arises from faith, love and growth. Sometimes resistance is simply a calling card indicating there is a better and more appropriate path to take.
